DESCRIPTION

Next to You is a Pirelli global survey that measures employee trust through an anonymous questionnaire across all locations. To bring this project to life, we crafted a communication strategy that transforms it into a recognizable brand, embodying the company's values and reinforcing the connection between Pirelli and its workforce.

The initiative focuses on active listening, collective improvement, and individual attention. The new identity is anchored by a logo that visually captures the dialogue between the company and its employees.

We launched an internal campaign featuring posters and digital materials to promote Next to You. The key visual at the heart of this campaign celebrates employees in their diverse roles, emphasizing the engagement and importance of the entire Pirelli community.
